This is a crisp, wheat vodka from A. de Fussigny Distillery in Cognac, France, made with premium French wheat & Gensac spring water. It undergoes hyper chill-filtration through charcoal. The aroma is delicate, with hints of grain, nuts & spices; the palate is balanced, featuring notes of wheat, truffle & coconut; leading to a slightly creamy finish with a touch of pepper. Sampled in October 2021 and July 2023.
