Sugar House Rye Whiskey

Astringent, with notes of iodine and wood. The ethanol is hot, and it has a thin mouthfeel. It improves slightly with ice or water. The 90% rye mash bill seems to be their undoing.

A sweet, metallic oak flavor. Made in my hometown.
