A rich, organic, and kosher Agave Spirit from Suavecito Distillery [NOM 1424] in Jalisco (Los Valles), Mexico. It is produced in stainless steel, then aged for 8 months in former Jim Beam Bourbon Whiskey barrels before undergoing carbon filtration and bottling at 35% ABV with 2% added Agave nectar. It offers an aromatic bouquet of cooked agave, earth, wood, flowers, and spices; while its full and rich character provides notes of honeyed agave nectar, butterscotch, and pepper; leading to a sweet water finish of moderate duration with hints of charcoal.
