About this bottle
In traditional western Irish culture, "Straw Boys" were individuals who would crash weddings. They concealed their faces with conical straw hats, entered the reception, danced with the bride, enjoyed a drink, and then departed. This custom was believed to bring good fortune to the newly married couple. This unaged poitín is made exclusively from malted barley and is bottled at 45% ABV.
