Stranhanan's single barrel

Experienced at a distillery tasting in Denver. It's quite rough and undeveloped, clearly young, just shy of three years old. It requires more maturation time. However, as it was a distillery-exclusive offering, I appreciated the opportunity to try it.

A delightful flavor profile. Sweet and toasty. There's a slight burn at the start, but a little water smooths it out effectively. Recommended to drink neat.

Smooth. High alcohol content. Enhances the flavor. Ends with a sweet finish.

Quite delicious!
