Still Hollow Stumptown

This is a smooth whiskey with a hop finish. The flavor is quite distinctive for a whiskey. The hops impart a citrusy and bitter yet smooth taste. It's comparable to gin but without the salty notes. It's one of my preferred drinks for sipping by the fire in the summer.
