About this bottle
The third bottling in the Distillery Reserve Series, Still Austin Sherry Cask Finished Rye Whiskey is a limited offering crafted from 100% Texas-sourced rye. This spirit spent at least two years aging, with an additional 8 months in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. Only 565 bottles were produced, each featuring a unique label hand-painted by Austin artist Rachel Dickson. It became available at the distillery on December 12, 2020.
