State 38 Distilling, located in Golden, Colorado, crafts agave spirits using fair trade, certified organic blue weber agave juice obtained from Jalisco, Mexico. The Colorado distillery then handles the fermentation and distillation processes on-site. For the brand's reposado agave spirit, known as The Young Ace, it undergoes a two-month aging period in new, charred, and toasted American oak before being bottled at 90 proof.
