Surprisingly green on the nose, with mint, agave, and grass, charcoal, toffee, pineapple, and orange rind. On the palate it’s smooth and mildly sweet, with flavors of wood, agave, char, pepper, and vanilla. The finish is lightly peppery. Quite interesting. While 100% agave and essentially tequila, it’s spicier and less rich than most quality reposados, and by no means in a bad way. It’s just different. Perhaps it’s an agave and sotol love child…

Aroma: Hints of vanilla, caramel, coffee, and stone fruit. Palate: Full-bodied and potent on the palate, with intertwined notes of smoke and toast, making each sip enjoyable. Subtle hints of banana, coconut, and vanilla, with mineral notes on the mid-palate, and salty white chocolate. A smooth finish with lively acidity and strength. Butterscotch toffee notes are present at the end.
A little smoky, interesting and I like it! Thanks for sharing
