Nose: Notes of grass, fresh agave, ash, smoke, minerality, wet concrete, rubber, pear, lime, and earth. On the palate: sweet, fruity, and very herbal with heavy mint, plus earth, smoke, sugar, cedar, spice, and char. The finish is dry and spicy. Overall, it might be a bit too sweet, which costs it some points.
