La Venenosa Raicilla Tabernas (White Label)

On the nose, there's smoky pineapple and shishito peppers, alongside wet rock and a scent like an old, dusty book. It feels smooth and velvety on the tongue. The initial taste is sweet, reminiscent of creme brulee, then shifts to the sweetness of green agave, roasted cactus paddles, ground cinnamon and cloves, black pepper, and a touch of dirt. The finish lingers with pepper, driven by the vegetal sweetness and a subtle smokiness.
