St. George 35th Anniversary Single Malt

About this bottle

This release commemorates the 35th anniversary of St. George Spirits, founded in 1982. It consists of eight barrels from their collection, with ages ranging from 6 to 18 years. Included is whiskey distilled in 1997, the fourth barrel ever laid down by founder Jörg Rupf and master distiller Lance Winters. Additionally, six French oak finishing barrels that previously held a favored California dessert wine are incorporated. Lots 12, 14, 15, and 17 are featured, along with a unique addition: St George Single Malt aged in Tennessee whiskey barrels, then finished in former bourbon barrels that contained their Agricole Rum. This limited edition was produced in a quantity of 771 bottles and became available in mid-November 2017.
