Excellent spirit. It's remarkably smooth given its 57% ABV. Flavors of caramel, chocolate, vanilla, toasted sugar with a smoky character, and subtle notes of red berries and raisins from the Burgundy cask aging. Reminiscent of a peated Kavalan Vinho Barrique.
