Douglas Laing & Co. owns the Big Peat brand, which produces this limited edition trilogy's first annual release. Big Peat is a blended malt known for its use of Islay single malts and peat. This Gold Edition, with its 25 year age statement, is the brand's inaugural aged release. It is bottled at 52.1% ABV cask strength, without added color and is non chill-filtered. Global distribution of 3000 bottles commenced in December 2017.

Prepare for an absolutely spectacular experience! The peat is gentle, incredibly succulent, and full-bodied. Flavors erupt! Abundant citrus notes emerge through the peat. A delightful dram!
