About this bottle
This version of Springbank's 12-year single malt offers a unique profile. After a 70-hour fermentation and a distillation process involving portions of the wash being distilled twice and others three times, the whisky matures for six years in ex-bourbon fill casks. It then spends an additional six years in casks that previously held calvados, a French apple brandy.
