Spirit of Hven Organic Gin begins with their organic aged vodka, which is derived from wheat. This vodka is infused for 24 hours with fresh botanicals, including three types of juniper. It then matures in virgin air-dried oak for 12 months. Subsequently, it undergoes a second distillation in copper pot-stills with more fresh organic botanicals. The gin is then stabilized and aerated for a period of 3-6 months before being bottled without filtration.
