Distinctly different from many whiskeys I've experienced. Incredibly smooth, with a well-integrated and prominent honey character. This is certainly a fine whiskey with a unique flavor profile. I will purchase it again.
Incredibly smooth. The viscosity is remarkable and unlike anything else. Although not mixed with honey, the maturation in local honey barrels makes it stand out.
Sweet honey flavor that makes for an excellent bourbon.
A bit overpowering. Lacks honey notes.
