An intense gin from Sorgin Distillery in Bordeaux, France, crafted from Sauvignon Blanc grapes with added grapefruit zest, violets, lemon, gorse, lime zest, redcurrant buds, and a juniper distillate. It begins aromatically with notes of juniper, Sauvignon Blanc, zest, and herbs, developing into an elegant middle with grapefruit, lime, grass, vegetal notes, herbs, and a hint of gooseberry, concluding with a long and complex finish of berries, currant, juniper, broom flower, and violet. November 2018 / February 2019.

A decent small-batch gin with intriguing flavors that align with its label description. I didn't find it quite as captivating, though it was smooth.
