Carolus Nolet Sr., the 10th generation owner of the Royal Nolet Distillery, the Netherlands' oldest operating distillery, personally developed and created this limited edition gin. Under his direct supervision, several botanicals, including juniper, verbena, and saffron, are macerated and individually distilled with the base spirit. The gin is then bottled at 52.3% ABV.

Wonderful gin. Lovely apple pie notes come through, followed by floral hints of lavender and violet, and a touch of blueberry. A lingering, smooth finish. The mouthfeel is unlike any gin I've sampled before.
