About this bottle
Cider brandy, also known as apple brandy elsewhere, has been made in England since at least 1678. The Somerset Cider Brandy Company began distilling in 1987. They cultivate up to 40 different apple varieties for their cider and brandy production on their own orchards, supplemented by a small amount from neighboring family farms. Their 5 Year Cider Brandy undergoes aging in small oak barrels.
