About this bottle
This 20-year-old cider brandy was historically released annually in October around Apple Day, with one barrel bottled each year. The 2015 release was the final one for the 20-year expression. Cider production at the farm runs from September through Christmas, while distillation is reserved for April before temperatures rise. The apple brandy is bottled at 42% ABV following maturation in small oak barrels. This review is based on the 2012 bottling. The product is sold in 500ml containers.
