This is the smoothest gin I've ever encountered! You can create gin and tonics with more than 50% gin to tonic and it still tastes fantastic with hardly any bite. Skeptic Gin presents the usual gin botanicals, like coriander, gooseberries, and perhaps a bit more citrus due to the grapefruit and pear components. However, its exceptional smoothness truly sets this gin apart. It boasts a very potent gin flavor with very little lingering burn. This will be my go-to gin for all cocktails going forward. The price is also quite reasonable!
