Six & Twenty Carolina Cream

I enjoy this even more than the Chila Orchata cinnamon cream rum. It delivers all the wonderful vanilla and chocolate notes, plus a fantastic bourbon flavor. It's very well-spiced and perfectly balanced. Thankfully, it's only 34 proof, or it would be dangerously good!

A rich Bourbon Cream liqueur from South Carolina. It begins aromatically with notes of cream and bourbon; a full life adds notes of rum and spice, leading to a long finish with a hint of banana. May 2018

I added this to my coffee today. It needed some enhancement, so I included a bit of Rebel Yell 100, just like a father used to do.

It's the South Carolina equivalent of Bailey's Irish Cream. I approve!
