A local 95/5 rye from Cody, Wyoming, exhibiting the classic 95/5 aroma and taste profile. Abundant dill, bright green apple, and a buttery toffee note are present. Excellent product from a small, regional distillery. Update: Upon closer inspection of the label, I suspect this is MGP. It shares the same rye mashbill and is bottled and blended in Cody, though not distilled there. This isn't a major issue for me, as I'm a big fan of MGP, especially at this price. However, I do appreciate transparency from brands regarding their distillate source.
