A fond memory brought back from a trip to Scotland with Dad! We're having a nice tasting in remembrance. Looks shy and very pale, and it's also quite thin in texture. Great flavor presence in the mouth, with leather and peat dominating. Salty and peppery notes too. For the fruit, in the background, we find green apples and pear. Slightly buttery. Delicious!!
