Distilled by Bowmore distillery on Islay, Scotland, in October 2002, this single malt was bottled in October 2015 under the Signatory label. Signatory, an independent Scotch bottler, selects casks from throughout Scotland that are often destined for blends. This particular Bowmore, part of the Un-chillfiltered Collection, matured in a refill sherry hogshead and was bottled at 46% ABV.
