About this bottle
This mixto expression originates from NOM 1451 and is produced with blue Weber agave along with other ingredients not specifically detailed. The agave undergoes cooking in an autoclave, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and is then twice distilled in copper pot stills. It is bottled without aging at 80 proof.
