Shiner 'Shine is a corn whiskey produced from a sweet mash using corn, rye, and malted barley. This unaged corn whiskey is one of three spirits being launched in May 2023 by K. Spoetzl Distillery, a new venture from the creators of Shiner Beer. It is bottled at 45% ABV.

A nose remarkably like beer, similar to a pilsner. It enters smoothly with a faint tartness that leads to an intriguing, subtle raspberry flavor. There's a gentle bitterness and an almost tannic edge as the finish emerges. We find this enjoyable for use in moonshine cocktails.
Reminiscent of vodka, not terrible
