Lidia Fisher 4.5

An 86.99 price tag for a 21-year-old scotch is a bargain, and it's genuinely good. Its age is clearly noticeable, with spicier notes and a well-balanced sweetness. The only other sweet whiskey I've had with that quality was Highland Park 18. I detected notes of caramel, toffee, and butterscotch, with a finish rich in caramel and pepper. I greatly enjoyed this beautifully balanced scotch that didn't strain my budget. I'm eager to try it again.

Noreen Lo 2.5

A robust Single Malt Scotch from Speyside, Scotland, created by Ian Macleod Distillers and aged for 21 years in bourbon casks. It begins with an aromatic profile of stone fruits, grain, wood, herbs, and spices. The rich body introduces notes of cooked apricots, pepper, and caramel, leading to a long, balanced conclusion with hints of barley and toffee. November 2022
