A rich Single Malt Scotch Whisky from Speyside, Scotland, aged for 12 years in both American and European rum casks. It begins with aromatic notes of grains, fruits, flowers, nuts, wood, herbs, and spices. Its rich and complex character develops with hints of citrus, grass, vanilla, and oak, culminating in a long, silky finish with flavors of chocolate and salted caramel. Tasted December 2021 / September 2022 / October 2023.
