I'm quite certain this is the Shibui I tried earlier tonight, and I really didn't care for it. And at $22 an ounce, it definitely left me unsatisfied ☹️
Received this for my 50th birthday, and it's nice, rich, smooth with a spice integrated within.
A mellow nose with hints of caramel. Smooth, woody flavor with good balance. Short finish.
A thinner tasting Yamazaki.
