A truly distinctive Canadian whisky, more akin to a scotch. The blackberry note is exceptionally well-integrated here. There's a slight harshness from the alcohol, suggesting it might be a bit young, but aged, this would be incredible
Nose: Jam sweetness, raisin, woody, sour (vinegar) Taste: jam on bread, nutty, mild spice. Fairly short after taste, and flat.
Smooth and sweet, with pleasant blackberry notes. Very easy to drink!
