Light. Possesses floral and fruity notes. Oak appears at the end. A slight boozy sensation, which fades quite rapidly. Subtle vanilla. Adding a little water introduces some peppery notes. Very easy to drink, especially at this alcohol by volume.

A small amount of water enhances the aromas and flavors. The nose has a subtle malt or chocolate note. It tastes heavily of oak, is slightly sweet, but not much else. The oak flavor lingers for a while. Not bad for a new distillery.
Flavors of dried fruit and toffee, with hints of wood. It's easily drinkable even at its full 58.7% alcohol content. A pleasant, lingering finish of wood and caramel.
The finish is mediocre, and the nose is harsh. It's a good whisky, but not for me. I enjoy the palate, but only a third of the drink is appealing.
