A lovely, deep amber color, with aromas of coffee, cinnamon, apricot, and apple. It tastes somewhat sweet, with a noticeable sherry finish. The finish is very long and distinguished. This is my second whiskey from this distillery using the Stockhausen method. They really know what they're doing; a very tasty and appealing whiskey
