A rich, Agave Spirit from NOM 1137. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, wood & nuts; while a full life adds notes of copper, caramel & coconut; that led to a balanced death with a touch of oak. April 2016 / April 2017 / March 2018
A gift from a friend for a 9-year anniversary celebration with my wife. The nose is sweet, with notes of vanilla and caramel. The palate is thin, with a slow and disappointing conclusion.
The aroma brings to mind pepper, oak, charred flesh, spearmint, vanilla, and cereal grains. The taste is somewhat diluted, featuring pepper and vanilla.
