Reminds me of a trip to Southeast Asia. The base spirit is cassava, infused with 11 native botanicals, plus juniper berry and angelica root. Very unique taste, both neat and in a G&T. However, it might be a bit unusual as it resembles liquid Thai desserts. Nosing: Pandan, coconut (not a botanical in this gin), Thai basil, a tiny bit of juniper. Tasting: Pandan again. I detect a hint of banana, and again a touch of juniper. Finish: Short. Updated on 03/22/21: I was too lazy to write a new tasting note. I mixed this with a special tonic water (made in Hong Kong, infused with sun-dried tangerine peel and perfumed lemon), and it paired excellently, tasting like Coca Cola. The pandan, Thai basil, juniper, and a hint of vanilla come through first, then the tonic water extends the finish on the palate with citrus and spice. I believe this gin might benefit from a sweeter, more aromatic tonic water.

The flavor profile was excellent, suitable for sipping or mixing in drinks. A visit to the distillery was also very enjoyable.
Delightful notes of Pandan, lime, and a touch of basil. Highly fragrant, with herbal and citrus characteristics.
