Sampled neat, a contribution from a friend. On the nose, I detect oak, dark berries, vanilla, brown sugar, apple, cherries, and cinnamon. On the palate, it's delightful, exceptionally smooth with a sweet ending. It brings to mind a certain seasonal dram.

Aromas of oak, rye, blackberry, honey, toasted caramel, charcoal, and dark chocolate with vanilla. The palate is spicy and somewhat sweet, featuring caramel, vanilla, oak, and rye. It finishes long and spicy.
