An intense rum from England by Ableforth's, Rumbullion! is a warming spiced concoction based on the kind of rich, full-bodied rums of the seafaring fraternity. It has an aromatic birth with notes of sweet vanilla, flamed orange zest, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon & essential oils of Seville orange peel; while a bold life adds notes of bitter orange marmalade & spices; hints of Manuka honey & cinnamon, molasses, candy floss, toffee apples, crème brûlée & clove-studded oranges; that led to a long death with notes of cinnamon, orange & creamy, sweet vanilla. It resembles a beach house, yet it's perfectly harmonious and free of alcohol burn. Incredibly delightful and enjoyable! {UPDATE} My rating has increased to 5.0 as it is truly flawless. The flavor is exotic and fruity, with ideal balance and depth. A superb one.
Tasty with pleasant spices like cloves and cinnamon, evoking a Christmas feel. It's smooth enough to enjoy neat, with a little ice or without.
Incredible rum for its price, very smooth with a complex flavor profile, pairs excellently with cigars.
The nose has cinnamon, with plenty of oak and spice notes. It brings to mind the holidays.
Hints of chocolate and orange. Complements white chocolate well.
