Nose: vanilla, caramel, brown sugar Palate: rye spices, tobacco, vanilla caramel hard candy. This is mellow on the palate with a spicy rye finish. Subtly sweet and spicy. It's delightful. Finish: a long Kentucky hug. Overall: this is an excellent pour. A store pick from Empire Liquor in Texas. I hadn't tried Rossville before, but this single barrel is something extraordinary.
