A balanced rum from Guatemala, crafted with local sugar cane and a proprietary yeast strain. It's aged in ex-bourbon, European oak, and ex-rum barrels before being blended from 25 different batches. The aroma presents notes of nuts, honey, chocolate, dark brown sugar, fruit, and hints of smoke and pipe tobacco. The rich and elegant palate adds notes of dried fruits, anise, oak, and molasses, leading to a balanced, medium-length finish with hints of vanilla, coffee, and honey. October 2020
