After tasting the 10yo, I wasn't eager to try the 15yo, worried about how it aged. I can now confirm it aged well. The aroma has become mellow and sweet, with a clear distinction between molasses and juice. The flavor is excellent straight. It's sweet, but the pleasant burn keeps it engaging. Less chocolate notes, more vanilla, and hints of fruit. The warmth in the mouth is very moderate and enjoyable. Although I prefer less sweetness, the 15yo is so well-balanced that I don't mind it. This is a fine sipper, unlike the 10yo.
