Ron Colon Dark Aged Rum

An elegant, blended Dark Aged Rum made from a 6-year-old column-distilled rum in the Spanish style, unaged Jamaican pot-distilled rum, and a 3-year-old Jamaican pot-distilled rum. It starts aromatically with notes of sugarcane, wood, tropical fruits, nuts, herbs & spices; a rich & creamy middle adds notes of dried apricot, banana, burnt caramel & dark chocolate; leading to a medium-length, balanced finish with notes of toasted oak, roasted almond, nutmeg, clove, cinnamon & smoke.
