Selena Miranda 3.3

No bottling or batch identification. Appears pale amber. The aroma presents young doughy grain, grassy notes, recently cut wood, and earthy spice. The initial taste is young grassy malt, followed by buttery caramel, and concluding with a tannic, oaky finish. It has a medium body and is somewhat oily. A bit too much oak for my preference and still somewhat immature, but a decent attempt for an unaged spirit.

Devon Dowdy 3.5

Light and balanced, with no single flavor overpowering others. Hints of spiced apple, cinnamon, and vanilla. The aroma is not very prominent. It reminds me of Buffalo Trace, but with a slightly longer finish. Regardless, it's a solid choice, though not my top pick from their spirits selection.

Enrique Tirado 4.5

Aroma: Earthy clay notes Taste: Wood, a hint of smoke, brine Aftertaste: Spicy cinnamon

Shane Denney 2.3

Unimpressive. Watery. Somewhat subdued. Lacking balance.
