This Rock Creek Rye Whiskey is produced by One Eight Distilling, an enterprise founded by Sandy Wood and Alex Laufer, named after Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution. The name Rock Creek references Rock Creek Park in Washington D.C., an area that once hosted farms and mills. Rock Creek Rye is a handcrafted, small-batch whiskey distilled using a copper pot still and aged in new American oak barrels. It is presented at 94 proof, equivalent to 47% ABV.
