Produced in Morelos, outside the legally designated tequila regions, Revel Avila Blanco Puro de Agave is crafted from Weber Blue agave. The piñas are a mix of roasted and steamed, with the roasting process involving 48 hours in a covered volcanic pit followed by 24 hours uncovered. This spirit undergoes triple distillation after fermentation.
