About this bottle
Tequila Ocho, a single-estate tequila producer, focuses on highlighting the terroir of tequila. Each bottling comes from Blue Agave harvested at peak ripeness from a specific rancho. The Los Mangos rancho, situated 1600m above sea level with soil similar to the Tequila Valley, previously cultivated mangos and cherries before being planted with agave in 2000. The agaves were 9 years old at harvest, averaging 48 kg, with the heaviest exceeding 85 kg (187 lbs).
