Union Horse Distilling Co., a family-operated distillery in Kansas City, offers this straight rye whiskey, aged for over 10 years. It is produced entirely from rye, with barrels for this seasonal, limited edition selected from various locations within the rickhouse. Bottled at 125 proof, the label displays Steel, the family's horse. Approximately 500 bottles will be available in Missouri and Kansas starting mid-December 2023.
