This gin from Restless Spirits is quite good and follows a contemporary approach. As usual for me, I've only sampled it straight up so far. Juniper is present but subdued. I also detect lavender, meadowsweet, a hint of coriander, and a clear citrus note from orange zest. There are other flavors I can't quite place, but they are definitely present. This spirit is used in various drinks at the Kansas City Royals' ballpark, Kauffman Stadium.
