Dominique Galvez 4.3

This one is good! Probably the best batch since 5. Compared to last year's batch 8, this one has much more dark fruit upfront and vanilla brown sugar in the middle. It finishes with a pleasant bittersweet oak. I believe the bittersweet oak influence comes from the 17-year-old bourbon, even though it's only 7% of the blend. The finish lingers, reminding me of dark chocolate.

Zachery Singleton 4.5

I detect a lot of cherries, chocolate, dark bitter oak but very pleasing and almost a dark chocolate flavor. This is truly wonderful!

Garland Westmoreland 4.0

Easy to drink and significantly above average. However, it's a "thin" bourbon that might remind some of a less expensive bourbon.
