About this bottle

Remus Master Distiller Experimental Series No. 2 is a limited-edition straight wheat whiskey created at Ross & Squibb Distillery under the guidance of Master Distiller Ian Stirsman. It was distilled in 2017 using the distillery's 95% wheat mash bill. This release marks the inaugural wheat whiskey offered under the Remus brand and has been finished in a blend of tawny port, white port, oloroso sherry, and ruby port casks. Bottled at 113 proof, this is the second offering in the brand's Experimental Series, an annual program that highlights unique grains and finishing techniques. It is available nationwide starting in March 2026. (SRP $69.99)
